TRACK RULES 
b Only USA Cycling licensed riders are allowed to ride on the track.
b Only those who have paid the nightly entry fee are permitted to ride in events.
b Helmets are required at ALL times while riding on track property.
b Only track bikes (fixed gear with no brakes) are allowed on the velodrome.
b Bicycles must be in proper working order when ridden on the track.
b All riders will proceed in a counter clockwise direction around the track.
b Riders will conduct themselves appropriately and follow the instructions of the Track Manager and The Management and Volunteers of New England Velodrome and Lead Cycling Promotions, LLC.  Management will ask those who act inappropriately to leave the premises.
b No Public urinating on track grounds  - use facilities provided
b We have ZERO-tolerance for disrespect of any kind, to Track Management, Officials, Medics, Trainers or Volunteers.
b We have ZERO-tolerance for sexual harassment.
b No glass containers are allowed on track property.
 b Absolutely NO alcohol is permitted on the track grounds.
